“One of Toronto's finest”
The hotel was one of the tallest buildings in the vicinity. It has everything one would find when traveling on business. It certainly has a resort like setting although it might need to upgrade and improve its changing rooms and expand its fitness center. Lots of food choices at the hotel although they may be pricey for family travelers.
“Westin Experience - Hard to beat.”
The Westin was friend, clean, comfortables, staff were more obliging and always wanting to solve any problems one had. Great experience, ideal honeymoon venue.

clean, great and friendly service. too bad there isn't a shuttle going to the subway line. would definitely stay there again.
“Lovely hotel, but isolated without a car”
I was staying at the hotel, because my friends' daughter was getting married there. The celebrations took place over 3 days. The wedding was wonderful and the staff were just great. Because I had no car, I felt a little caged in, especially as I did not know many of the people attending. I used the workout room, but the equipment is quite limited. Each time I visited, there were 3-4 people, so I am sure other people might like more varied equipment. There were two small hitches. For my last morning, I requested a wake up call at 8.30 a.m. At 8.45 a.m., house keeping wanted to make up the room! Far too early for someone leaving by midday. The second glitch was that the electronic key was canceled promptly at 12.00, but I returned a little late from the post wedding bruncheon. A service manager helped me out, and a staff member came upstairs to open the door for me. Very nice staff!

“The Perfect Hotel For Us”
I dare anyone to find a better Hotel for the price as close to the city! From the ambiguously Asian motif of the expansive lobby, to the ultra comfortable beds and complementary Starbucks coffee; it was indeed an all around pleasant experience. Enough so that we don't feel the need to search for another place to stay when we visit magnificent Toronto. Even the maid service expressed genuine interest in our level of satisfaction. Just be careful not to drink their special bottled water if your not willing to pay the incidental charge of $6, though it was quite revitalizing! Plus: though we didn't get the chance to enjoy their resort features, It was good to know that there was tennis courts and a pool available in the gorgeous park area behind the building. I suppose we'll check that out next time.

There for one night, they were painting the ceiling in the lobby, doormen were very nice, this is a very good hotel, would come back in a heartbeat

even with the hotel being under construction -- the stay was still great cant wait to see it completed!!
