“Just needed a kettle, tea and coffee”

Very pleasant stay, would have liked tea and coffee making facilites in the room, otherwise great!

“Poor meal service”

This hotel was very clean and the staff were welcoming. We booked in for dinner and thats when the problem arrived. The first course came on time and was reasonable but the main course took an hour to be served. When it arrived one meal was the wrong meal and it was too late to have it altered. There was no apology and the reason they qouted was there was amix up with the menus.
