It was a lovely property. The kitchen was very basic, and there was no gas grill on site, so if you like to cook, it was challenging. I could make breakfast no problem, but steered away from dinners, which was actually nice! Beautiful pool and beach, and staff was friendly! Will definitely return

The room was excellent! The beach views were everything as described in the listing. But some of the staff onsite were not very friendly. That is a huge factor in determining whether you would stay at the establishment again or not. All in all we love the St. Pete’s Beach & Clearwater Beach area’s so we will definitely be back!

Very nice 2 BR 2 Bath suite. Loved our balcony & gulf view. Nice beds and pillows. Beachfront so easy access to the beach. This was a quiet beach area. Not alot of people when we were there which we liked. Nice pool area too. Our room was on the pool side and you could hear people down there until it closed at 10pm. Definitely try the onsite cafe. It was really good. We were able to see dolphins from the beach. Can walk to Johns Pass (1/2 mile) via street or the beach. We were very happy with Sunset Vistas and would come back
