“Days Inn Utica”
The hotel was perfectly clean and well maintained. No complaints at all.
“Clean and Comfy”
Stopped here on our way home from Herkimer Diamond Mines... Although we were surprised by the location (in a commercial area) the hotel was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfy. Room layout was bit awkward but other than that it was clean and the free breakfast was still out when we checked out at 10am
“inexspensive and nice place to stay in Utica”
The Days Inn is now our hotel of prefrence when we go to Utica. Both clerks for check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and hotel were very clean. Beds are comfterble and the rooms have everything you could need, including lists of places that will deliver food and a phone book.

Everything was great, no problems. Staff was very attentive, willing to please. Hotel was very clean and in a convenient location..
“good hotel for the money for a short visit”
The hotel was in a good location and had many good restaurants within walking distance. There is no pool. It was very clean and perfect for a short stay in Utica.

Out of the three hotels I have stayed in recently (all on the same strip), Days Inn was by far the best bang for my buck. I was welcomed by a clean, well stocked room. Although the hotel had complimentary breakfast, I opted for the Denny's - it was right next door. The only downside to this stay was the lack of an in-room refridgerator. However, for the 16 hours I spent in the area, I survived just fine without one.

“Eat Breakfast Early!”
The room itself was far more than I expected for the price. The room was vary spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and they even served a full continental breakfast from 6:30-9:30. I went down to breakfast around 8:30, and the hotel was running low on coffee, bagels, milk and syrup, and they were completely out of napkins. The area was somewhat messy as well, and it looked as if no one was maintaining it. If you want to take advantage of the breakfast, make sure you make it down there early! Other than that, great place.
“WE WOULD STAY AGAIN.”
VERY HAPPY WITH OUR STAY. STAFF FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE. HOWEVER, HALLWAYS, STAIRWAYS ARE IN NEED OF SOME UPDATING.
“Business in Utica, NY”
The desk person was extremely helpful, because of not having an elevator, She relocated me to a first floor room. The heater was noisy but a little volume on the TV fixed that. I'll revisit the Hotel on my next trip
