"I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place was. It was such a needed respite. The on-site restaurant was outstanding! The wine is absolutely amazing. The hospitality staff would swoop in whenever we were at breakfast and reset our room. The pool was nice and clean. The views are spectacular. The people were helpful and accommodating. We even had a private wine tasting. Do not hesitate for a second about staying here. I miss it already."

"We had a 4 night’s stay here and used it as our base for tours around Toscany. It is located in a quiet area outside Siena. The apartment was nice and clean. We used the kitchen for minor cooking and that worked well. There is a supermarket close by and small restaurants in the town. The AC was working great. The host was very keen to share information on good places to see and was eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was very nice and they also have a restaurant where...

"This property is not inside the city walls though if you click on the directions it would lead you to believe so. It's a very long walk to get there. A car is 100% required. Taxi/uber in this area is non-existent. Do not book this place if you do not have a car. Otherwise, the views are lovely. "

Impressed by both the staff who were very helpful and personable and also the facilities of the hotel which are very well maintained with a lovely pool and spa. The only disappointment was the breakfast which was very basic compared with other hotels we stayed at during our travels around Tuscany"

"What a beautiful hotel! The views were stunning at every angle! The hotel staff were friendly, room was good size and breakfast was served every morning. Our first evening, we ate a delicious meal in the restaurant and tasted some won’t made at the hotel. The shower pressure was not great but I would Say that is par for all Italy hotels. They even gave us a cute little jar of honey (also made there). I would definitely return here! "

"The facilities are well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the setting in the Tuscan countryside is wonderful. Very peaceful and serine. The pool is clean and refreshing. The location is perfect, being just far enough away from the daily crowds in the town of San Gimignano, but close enough to visit before 10 AM and after dusk. The included daily breakfast was a perfect start to our day! Lots of fresh fruit, juice, yogurts, granolas, breads and cold cuts. And, of course, the espresso machine! The property is family owned and operated (they live on-site) and are there to see that your every need is attended to. The on-site restaurant is also family owned and operated, with a nice variety of entrees at reasonable prices. A good wine selection, too! The only cons are: - The parking is problematic (as it is everywhere in Italy) with limited spaces on property and an 'overflow' area in a vineyard across the highway. - The A/C is controlled by the management... So they decide if it is available, which, in our case, it was not, and that made for some uncomfortable nights as the only fresh air to the room was via the balcony doors which are unscreened."

"Este lugar es un sueño, cada rincón, las vistas, la habitación rodeada de naturaleza con sus ovejas y viñedos. El spa es increíble además de bello. Las piscinas una más bella que otra. Es un lugar con muchos detalles y espacios increíbles. Sentarse en el bar a ver el atardecer con los valles de la Toscana es una experiencia que no debe faltar. Yo sin duda volveré. Gracias, toda la estancia estuvo perfecta. Serán días inolvidables."
