“Highly recommended!”
Great location for a fantastic couple of days. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food and wine experience at O'doulls restaurant is outstanding. Highly recommended
“It's a very good hotel”
I like this hotel, it locates at downtown, so the transportation is very convenient. There is a bar and restaurant just next to the hotel, which is good, too. We got the Christmas gifts and two free breakfast from the hotel, so sweet.

“Great for business travelers”
Got an upgrade to the gallery level as an Expedia Elite member, so I got complimentary french press coffee each morning delivered by a very courteous staff member. There was also a complimentary wine reception Monday through Thursday around happy hour. The location was very convenient and the free wifi and free long distance calls to the US really made my experience! The bed was not very comfortable, however, so I'm dinging them on that a little, but all in all, I would totally go back to this hotel.

“Great Hotel!”
This Hotel is located right near lots of great shopping. I felt very safe in this Hotel and the restaraunt had very good food! The parking was a little pricey but the car was very safe in a garage that was blocked with a gate from the other paid parking. It was well worth it!
“Perfect for me and my hubby's weekend away!”
It was a perfect location for my husband and me for a weekend away. There were plenty of choices for places to have coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner within walking distance. The hotel lounge has jazz on the weekends until pretty late so each night we had a night-cap and enjoyed wonderful relaxing jazz right before we turned in. Beds we very comfortable. Room was quiet (we were on the back side of the hotel) on the 5th floor in the Gallery level. Hotel is nicer inside than it looks outside. Sunday morning we walked North four blocks to a park on the waterfront that you can see Stanley park and North Vancouver from. Shopping on Robson is perfect for us, small boutiques as well as some name brand stores. The breakfast in the restaurant was supurb but you should make reservations. My only complaint is parking was expensive even a guest and street parking is few and far between around there. We ended up paying at a lot 1 block away and it was bit cheaper than the hotel but not by much. I would recommend this to friends and we will go back for sure!

Rad spot right downtown close enough to Granville yet far enough away. Also a short walk to Rogers Arena for the Canucks.
