Join me and your fellow guests for a complimentary continental breakfast served each morning in the owner's ocean and mountain view dining room! You can choose to enjoy your breakfast either in the cozy sun room, the dining room or if weather permitting out on the ocean view deck!
You'll enjoy the spectacular scenery of the ocean, the Straight of Juan de Fuca and the grand Olympic Mountains as you walk along our famous harbor walkway. From our door to the nearest restaurant which is a neighborhood pub right on the walkway is an easy 10 minute walk. Walk another 5 minutes to the Harbor Ferry dock! Or just keep walking over the bridge to Old Town Victoria! A healthy 1 mile walk!
Guests have kindly described my house as "Class of an upscale hotel" but since I only have six rooms you'll enjoy the quiet relaxed ambiance. My decor is elegant, uncluttered, serene, restfully designed by Inge Ranzinger, cozy private rooms.
The hot tub is a large Sundance tub big enough to float in! Very little chlorine is needed for upkeep since it has an ozonator! The best part is the foot massage jets to relieve those sore feet from all that sightseeing! Just sit back, relax and star gaze. Great way to relax!
High-speed wireless Internet access is complimentary. We also have an old computer set up for free use.
Check in is anytime after 3 p.m. I have a self check in system for your convenience since I'm not here to check you in! You don't have to worry about being here at a certain time ... just enjoy yourself and you'll see my system when you arrive!
For a surcharge, an airport shuttle is available to guests. This Victoria bed & breakfast also offers a spa tub, self parking, and express check-in. Onsite parking is complimentary.
A Downtown Victoria Ocean View B & B is a smoke-free property.

You'll be awed by the spectacular views of the Straight of Juan de Fuca and the majestic Olympic Mountains from our dining areas. You can enjoy eating your breakfast either in our cozy sun room, our art deco dining room or weather permitting on the outside deck!
Our healthy continental breakfast is served buffet style in the owner's ocean view dining room from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. We provide homemade fruit salad with a lime and fresh mint dressing ... cold cereal ... hot oatmeal... yogurts ... baked goods .. toast .. jams... butter .. organic coffee and a selection of teas.

Don't forget your bathing suit so you can enjoy our garden hot tub nestled in a corner gazebo ... lots of jets for back and foot massage.

“Definitely stay again if opportunity arises.”
Great location, close to walkway beside ocean, leading to Victoria or nearby restaurants with ocean views. Breakfast room overlooking harbour,choices of different breakfast items, very good coffee. Owner had knowledge of happenings in Victoria as well as information on some good restaurants. Maps, directions to various areas around Victoria.

Class of an upscale Hotel but a Private & Personal Bed & Breakfast. This Bed & Breakfast was very impressive & provided high end bedding & atmosphere. The Kitchen & dining area for breakfast was spacious & beautifully set up with a porch & sunroom. Fabulous place.
“Very Nice”
This was our first experience at a Bed and Breakfast. We enjoyed the stay. We had thought we would have an 'Ocean View' from our room but did not. We could see the ocean from the breakfast area though. The hot tub wasn't too inviting so we didn't use it. The breakfasts were good and the host was pleasant to visit with. The location isn't bad but it is a good long walk into downtown.

2 ground floor rooms have easy access to hot tub and shady garden. B&B is ideal for walking access to Harbour path across one main road, walk either to Victoria downtown 15 mins or I recommend 'Saxe Point' for family picnics 5 mins drive away and a wonderful view of ocean and Olympic Mountains.
