“Well worth the money!!!”
We recently spent two days here over the New Year. Great room service, great amenities, and amazing service. I would say that our room was outdated but I hear they are renovating the Grand Rooms and I did mention that the old tv's were a little disappointing. The location is superb and the view from our room was nice. The service in general was pretty great and we would most definitely come back, but probably get an upgraded room. Well worth the money and the beds and pillows were great!!!
“LCDR, USN Navy”
Hotel Grand Pacific is a very lovely hotel. When I vacation in Victoria and love staying there!! This time I had the "Water View". It was amazing. The amenities of the hotel are great. Yoga classes, swimming pool, dry and steam sauna. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking distance to Victoria.
“Can't imagine staying anywhere else!”
This was one of the finest hotels I've visited. Elegant decor, great service personnel, comfy bed, and free wi-fi. Perfectly situated. On waterfront, one block from ferry, next to Parliment buildings, and a 2 block walk to center of a charming town offering shops and dining.
“Hotel Grand Pacific”
Excellent hotel, was lucky to get in on a promotional level.
“Best Hotel in downtown”
This hotel was excellent in every way. We have stayed at the Empress and Coast on 2 previous occassions but the location and price of the Grand cannot be beat.
“Great Stay”
Got a great deal from Expedia on the rate for a suite facing the ocean - out our front windows was the harbour, where float planes landed and taxied out of the harbour to take off elsewhere and the ferry docked as well, it was never loud or intrusive, but really cool to see, especially for my 5 year old girl. The other sde faced the BC Legislature which was all lit up for Christmas - super! The staff had a playpen ready for our baby and were very nice and very accomodating. Staff were always helpful and very pleasant. Rooms were clean, well kept, and nice - in a 1990sor 80s kind of way - but all well worth it.
“Ideally LOcated Comfort”
Can't beat the location, being right across the street from the harbour and next door to the parliament buildings. Staff was pleasant and attentive. One downside was the high cost of parking.
“Awesome!”
Great place to stay! Location is great and the price is awesome. The staff was the BEST I have ever seen in a hotel. I am not sure if it is just because they are canadian(canadians are always super nice) or if they are required to be over the top friendly. Even the maid said "have a great day hope you enjoyed your stay" to us as we were leaving the room. The rooms are nice, not luxurious but good. Hotel is right across frmo the James Bay and very close to where you would get off from the Victoria Clipper. Downtown is also just a short 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
“Flinn”
This Hotel was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer
“nice hotel~”
