“Pretty Good”
The hotel was small and conveniently located by bus to the main square. The service was very good and breakfast was ok too, especially for the price paid. NO AC, however a fan and the window worked just fine. Trendy place
“Clean, convenient, great breakfest buffet”
The staff were professional and helpful. They were happy to help us with public transportation routes and even offered to store our luggage in their luggage room after we checked-out our last day so we could go sight-seeing unhampered. The room was small, but comfortable and clean. It was quiet and we enjoyed two nights of restful sleep. The breakfest buffet is wonderful with lots of variety. It saved us at least 30 euros each day on food. For this reason, the price of the stay was a great value. The location is only about 10 minutes by bus to the Oper Ring and other connections to the subway system. I would stay here again if I ever go back to Vienna!
“Liked it!”
It was easy to find by public transport, had an excellent breakfast and the room was very clean. There was a large glazed door on to a balcony, giving natural light and air. Shower room of good size, with an excellent mirror - but the hairdryer case was cracked although usable. Plenty of bright modern pictures brightened the hotel. Several restaurants in a square within a minute's walk, where there's a Bankomat.
“Nice Hotel, friendly staff”
This hotel was cool, it had a very nice ambience, and the staff was very nice - Barbara gave us lots of tips on where to go and how to get around. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Vienna.

“Typical Small Western European Hotel”
Typical small European hotel. Not much extra space in the room. Single bed for single room. High prices for local telephone calls. Extortionate laundry rates. Room was clean and functional. Staff was courteous and helpful. Very close to super-convenient bus line to center of city.

“decent hotel”
this was a decent hotel... small room, toilet seperate from the shower and sink (all in room). had a small balcony. the check in staff member was pretty rude, but the next day the check out staff was fairly nice.

to far from the center of city. Hard to find with one way streets.
“Very Friendly Viennese Hotel”
Very friendly service. Reception very helpful and genuinely interested in how our holiday was going. Excellent breakfast, with plenty to choose from each day. Although room was not large, it was cleaned immaculately each day. Free use of the hotel's computer and broadband in the breakfast room was a real bonus. This was not expected and added to our overall enjoyment of the stay.
