“small rooms, good service”

I had a very tiny room, and there was not enough space for my luggage. The bed was also very small, too small... The staff and receptionists were very nice, welcoming and friendly - especially Andra.

“Good location, just fine for the price”

Considering the average price in the Inner Stadt area, this hotel is a great deal. We went during mid-season when the price was 75 Euros a night, but in low season it's 65 and high season it's 85...all three price points are a bargain for the area. The beds were the only complaint...when other reviewers say they are hard, they aren't kidding. I prefer a harder bed to a soft one, but even I was uncomfortable. That aside, though, I'd definitely stay here again...you can't beat the price, the hotel is in a safe neighborhood, it's a 10 minute walk to St. Stephen's square, you get free wifi and breakfast is included. For the price paid, you aren't going to find a better deal in the Inner Stadt area.

“You can skip this hotel”

The hotel is charging for its location.. But hey first time visitors, Vienna is a small city. So every hotel will be near some good location. The break fast was super basic( pepper / toaster was missing). The room has some issue with ventilation in general, first night was very uncomfortable. Had to keep the window facing the main road open to go to sleep.. got used to it afterwards :( The room was not cleaned after day one, not sure why... For the cost it charges, it is not worth it. When Vienna don't have bfast at the hotel, its a waste of money. The city has amazing cafe, enjoy them!!
