“My delightful stay at the Vienna Hilton Hotel”
I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this hotel has been the best. What made the difference was not so much the facilities or the food, but the personnel were absolutely outstanding. They were curteous, intelligent, followed through on issues that could not be solved immediately, offered extra time and services, make first-rate suggestions - they were the best I have ever experienced! Thank you very much!

“Fantastic”
Expedia informed the hotel we were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. We were upgraded to an executive room which included complimentary breakfast and food and drink for the duration of our stay. We received kindness and consideration throughout our stay and unreservedly recommend this hotel. It is excellently situated five minutes of the City Airport Terminal and within walking distance of the major attractions.

“Vienna Hilton perfect for a weekend break”
It's hard to beat Vienna for a winter weekend break - Christmas markets added to a host of other attractions. The Hilton is virtually adjacent to the arrival station of the airport rail-link and is a 10 minute walk to the centre of old Vienna. Good food (cellar bars recommended), great beer and outstanding public transport.
“Great hotel”
This modern, central hotel was great! Staff were excellent and couldn't do more to help. As it was my boyfriend's birthday, we were given a room upgrade and cake. Our room didn't disappoint - it was HUGE with views over the city. Decor was fresh, but not amazing for a 5*. The hotel lobby/bar area had a good ambience and great design. We ate at the restaurant one night and were very impressed! The location of this hotel is ideal, in the city centre and near the air train terminal for quick transfer to the airport.

Just across the street from the City Airport Train terminal and within a km of the old town centre. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable, bedding just right and the bathroom facilities excellent. Couldn't fault it!
“highly recommended”
We had a bit of a scare on arrival, the reception could find no trace of our booking and the hotel was full, however we were invited to wait in the lounge whilst it was sorted out, it turned out our name had been spelled incorrectly. The girl on reception could not have been more apologetic for the delay. We were given a very nice room on the executive floor with good views of the city. The room was very clean. We also had access to the executive lounge which served breakfast for those of us on that floor. Enjoyed our stay and would use the hotel again. je
