“Great en-route hotel with good food”

If your en-route and want a good hotel with good food for the night this hotel is fine. Vanessa was excellent in carrying out her job as receptionist. Great place if you want to see the medieval town of Poitier. Two unfortunate incidents were created by one of the three receptionists I saw during my stay. The first incident involved the Hotel Key Card, She created a scene in front of other guests when it should have been resolved very quickly and easily. The second incident involved communication on the bedroom phone after my wife tried to contact me. Lots of problems and attitude with this receptionist - with no apology..
