“Comfortable, character hotel”

The bedrooms are quirky, but very comfortable and a generous size. We were initially worried that our room overlooked the square, because there might be noise at night, but the soundproofing was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was basic, but useful to have it available if we wanted it, although the room would be very cramped if lots of guests wanted breakfast.

“Awesome Location”

Once we got over the surprise of the awesome location of this hotel, we really enjoyed staying there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke very good English as we did not speak Polish. Our room overlooked Castle Square and the room was quite large and comfortable as was the bathroom. The theme of our room was dedicated to the late Polish Director, Krzysztof Kieslowski.

“will go back there for sure”

excellent location in the middle of old town warsaw. can't get any better than that. the nicest breakfast room i have been in a long time, small and cozy as if you are in your own family room. excellent quality of food and very very friendly stuff. i travel all over the world and stay in very expensive hotels normally but this one was the most enjoyable hotel to be in. just go outside the door and you are in the middle of all the action. room was very nice, clean and comfortable. only 2 things to keep in mind: hotel does not have air condition. not a big issue normally with the warsaw weather. due to the location there are no cars allowed in that area. Taxi will drop you about 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel.

“Perfect location in Warsaw”

The hotel is located across the Warsaw Castle. The rooms are small and varied as the hotel is in a historic building. However if one wants to be in the center of old town, there is nothing better. The breakfast is a bit more than basic but in a superb environment. Having a 5 start hotel a few block away and this one, I would choose this one in a heartbeat.

“Unique Hotel in a Wonderful Location!!”

We were traveling with our adult daughter and her friend to Athens and had a layover in Warsaw (long story about airline connections) so we just stayed at the Castle Inn for one night. This hotel is located in the old town area of Warsaw and is surrounded by many charming restaurants and is right across the street from the palace. It's a very charming neighborhood. The staff is great, the hotel is clean and the location can't be beat!! We loved the unique decor!!!

“Very nice stay, highly recommended!”

We stayed there only for 1 night but we thoroughly enjoyed. The room was clean and comfortable, the décor was very funky and quite unusual. We liked it, but although we were away from the castle, the noisy clock kept us awake for the most of the night. Also, unfortunately the water supply broke down therefore we had to borrow a kettle from reception to have a tiny bath. Apparently the problem with water is nit unusual. The staff were very friendly, helpful and made a real effort to make us fee welcome. Location of then hotel is great - in the heart of the old town. We had a nice stay nevertheless and would definitely come back when next time in Warsaw.

“Perfect”

This is a charming little hotel. Perfect location, friendly helpful staff, comfortable rooms, free wifi. Were I going back, I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

“Practically faultless”

The hotel was really well-designed and well-kept, although as a listed building it can't have a lift so was a little tiring going up the stairs! (Only 4 floors though.) Apart from putting a kettle in the room, I have no complaints about the facilities, cleanliness, location... We were in the tree room and did bang our heads a few times on the low pillar, but you can't really blame the hotel for that. If you like quirky design hotels rather than bland vanilla chains, it's a very good bet.

“Castle Inn in Warsaw”

Very friendly staff, great location, immaculate wi-fi connection, very reasonable prices. Decoration of the rooms slightly dotty but I liked that. I was very pleased with the booking.

“Have already recommended this hotel to others”

This hotel only has 20 odd rooms, but everyone is painted in different colours/styles by different Polish artists. Rooms are huge, the bathrooms large and extremely luxurious and the hotel is ideally situated in Castle Square, right in the middle of the Old Town. I cannot wait to return to this hotel and have already recommended it to others. Enjoy!
