“Need service improvement and not worthy their pric”

Need improvement of staff and service.... I called a front desk to change my towels. Surprisingly a front desk staff asked me to bring them down.... Never heard this any hotel....

“Breakfast overhaul”

The breakfast "scrambled eggs" were HORRIBLE! I believe they were powdered eggs. If you cannot provide REAL eggs, then PLEASE remove them from the offerings. The sausage patties were equally as bad. I would advise to keep to a minimal offering without these items. I threw away my entire plate and was extremely disappointed.

“Not impressed”

There was cigarette smoke all over the hotel, even in the hallways of the non-smoking rooms. Will not stay there again.
