“Great Hotel, Amazing City”
Upon arriving at the Hotel, you are faced with a flat, grey facade. However, inside the hotel is nicely decorated and the staff very friendly. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the room was a lot better than I expected for the price. I am not sure if all rooms were as newly renovated, but many were. Breakfast in hotel was excellent, with hot and cold choices. (served til 11am at the weekend!) There is a nice traditional restaurant next door with good cheap food. We got a meal for two with drinks for 50 Zl, about 10GBP - and we got a complementary cherry liqueur! Getting into the centre (old town) is walkable (if you feel active) and is a good way to see the city. There were quite a few buses/trams running too. Krakowskie Przedmiescie (the Royal Walk) which is well worth a wander up is close by. Overall, I was very impressed by the hotel and it's a perfect hotel for a short break. Although there are hotels closer to the centre, after reading reviews of them, I doubt you could get the same sized room including breakfast for anywhere near the same price. If you're a light sleeper then the traffic noise might be a slight issue but it didn't bother us.
“Best hotel in Warsaw”
Everything was perfect - teh room was very roomy, very tidy. The breakfast was perfect - i can't remeber, when I ate so good in any hotel I've visited. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. I'm very satisfied. Will go back any time i visit Warsaw.
“THE place to stay in Warsaw”
MDM meets my expectations. It does not have high luxury, but it is comfortable and convenient to the Centrum without being right downtown. Breakfast at MDM is great. It has to be experienced to be believed
“Would definitely recommend!”
This hotel was situated in a smart square in an excellent location, very convenient for bus, tram and metro(probably a better location than some of the high rise 5 star hotels).Very clean and spacious room and an excellent breakfast and polite, helpful staff. Our room overlooked the back but apparently for just a few extra zloty(about 2 pounds per night)it is possible to have a de-luxe room with excellent view of Constitution Square which we would have done had we known this earlier. The restaurant next door(' U Szwejka ')is excellent and quite cheap, especially on Fri, Sat and Sun when it is'happy hour'and beer is only 3 zloty. Would most certainly recommend.
“Good location not too far from all amenities”
Staff were very friendly and efficient. Spoke good english and were very helpful. Double room was very spacious with en suite. Some noise from traffic and trams but not a problem to me. Would definately stay there again.
“Great Hotel”
The MDM Hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and went out of their way to help. Breakfast was great and the only fault was the fact that it was 98 degrees and they have no air conditioning. Too noisy to have the windows open at night as the location is so central. They even packed us a large "breakfast" to take with us at 3 AM when we went to the airport! There is no Internet access in the rooms but there is an Internet Cafe a block away.
“Good hotel in a great place”
The hotel is on the Constitutii Square, which is one of the best places in Warsaw to stay. Close to a nice residential quarter; there are plenty of boutiques, restaurants and bars at a short distance of the hotel. The hotel is very confortable, breakfast is good and the prices are low. Internet connexion is cheap and works all right. I shall definitely come back next time I visit Warsaw.
“Great Hotel, Great Location!”
The MDM is a great hotel. The hotel and rooms are clean, the staff friendly and efficient. If that wasn't enough, the breakfasts are unbelievable!! I would stay there for that reason alone.
“A very good hotel”
I was pleased with the hotel. It was in a central location close to restaraunts, shops etc. There was a nice view when having breakfast. The breakfast was excellent.
“We Shall Return”
A mid/upper class hotel. Situated in an area a short walk from a number of excellent restraunts and on numerous tram and bus routes (Number 4 Tram to get to the Old Town - 15 min). Friendly staff. Bar almost deserted the evenings we were there, probably because of the numerous bars and restraunts nearby.
