The lady at the lobby during the daytime was very professional and not the same happened with the second shift, my room was not cleaned and were telling me that it was my fault. Breakfasts were good and ALIX made a difference with her service and attention to details basically constantly helping guests; She provided a very good customer service. Very disappointed with the smell of the room and think that rate is overpriced.

For the price and location the room was good. Older hotel but kept up well enough. Hot breakfast with lots of carb choices. No fresh fruit. Only hard boiled eggs for protein. Had coffee, juices, and yogurt. Good enough for a one night stay on a road trip.

Stayed at the hotel for two nights. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even allowed us to check in an hour early, which we really appreciated. They shuffled around rooms to accommodate us, which was very thoughtful. The price and location were great, and the breakfast was adequate. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. What I didn’t like was the smell of the carpet. It was quite strong when we first entered the room, although it seemed to get better later on — maybe we just got used to it. The drainage system was also poor. The bathtub filled up while showering because the water wasn’t draining fast enough. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend it.

The AC unit has a hole so the heat from the outside comes inside, so the room will never be cold the first night I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and there was roaches so they transferred me to a new room and in that room before I even got to settle in there was bed bugs on the towels in the bathroom just crawling and the bedsheets are all stained. It’s just the worst place to stay so I suggest you guys don’t spend your money, not worth it better to spend a little more.
