“Can't wait to go back”
Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. We are able to check in early. Looking forward to going back and will recommend to friends. Pool was nice, pool side bar staff was awesome and front desk staff also were great. The room was nice but the bathroom was small, that is my only complaint. Can't wait to go back and it was in a great location, close to all the sites we wanted to see.

A Clean & Updated J.F.K. Style Throwback! We enjoyed the pool after long days sight seeing. Lots of restaurants nearby. Our room was clean & beds comfy. We would stay here again, great hotel at a great price!

Fabulous hotel! Amazing PRICE!!!! Close to lots of amazing restaurants. Only a few blocks from Mall but also a tour bus can be caught from hotel. Room was immaculate. Staff was incredibly friendly and super at all times. Loved it there!

We were extremely happy with the hotel, the service and the location. I will definitly choose the Washinton Plaza Hotel again when in DC.
“Excellent for the price”
I enjoyed the Washington Plaza very much. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The hotel is about 3 blocks from the Metro, and on several bus lines. It's in a busy but mostly residential neighborhood of high rise condos and apartments. The area felt safe, but the drawback was that most restaurants were several blocks away. The hotel's own breakfast buffet was very good, and fresh, with 2 prices - hot or continental. The pool is large, especially compared to most hotel pools today. It's clean and bright, and it has a lifeguard on duty - also unusual. If you value location, good food, a polite and helpful staff, and a really nice pool, this is the place. If you value huge rooms and a huge TV, it probably isn't, but most people don't visit Washington DC to stay in their room very much. I would definitiely stay there again.
