Great hotel...thin walls or loud neighbors.

“Disappointed”

Person at front desk very friendly and helpful. Bathroom floor was dirty and needed mopping. When we tried to make coffee the coffee maker did not work. We were checking out early so had no time to ask for another one. Receptionist very apologetic when we checked out.

“NON SMOKING ROOM - RESERVED?????”

Reserved a NON-SMOKING room and didn't get one!...Asked to be moved and said they didn't have any non-smokin rooms available. The hotel staff was less than helpful as I asked to be moved....no effort AT ALL... Also the so called breadkfast wasn't available until 7:30 am...I guess some people that work at this hotel don't get up too early! I suffered horribly throughout the weekend...since I'm allergic to smoke. Frikin PITIFUL!!!
