"The staff was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. The room stayed warm regardless of us adjusting the temperature. Not only that, the room was very humid. Felt like the carpet was holding moisture or something. At breakfast, the yogurt they had out was past the expiration date so I didn’t trust eating anything."

"We booked 2 rooms and because we arrived so late. One of the rooms air conditioner was not working and had the room temp in the 80s. We waited until morning and told the desk they came right away. It still didn’t work. They would not help transfer the luggage to a new room. So we left. That was only right that they should help relocate a customer to a new room with a working ac. My dad is 83 and has dementia and could help move to another room."
