“Very nice stay.”

Hotel staff was very friendly. The indoor and outdoor pools were very clean and well maintained. The room was plenty big for our family of 4. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was great. The maid didn't leave enough towels the last day. We had a great stay and would definitely go back for another stay.

“Great place to stay while in Wellfleet”

Nice, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Great location.

“Great bargain on the Cape”

Had to attend a show in Provincetown and wound up at this motel because it was affordable. It's not quite as "squeaky clean" as advertised (there were a few cobwebs in our room) but the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is served in a small restaurant adjacent to the office. Our daughter heartily enjoyed the toasty indoor pool. (They have a sauna and an outdoor pool as well.) Do not be put off by the appearance of the place, especially if you arrive at night, when it does resemble the Bates Motel. You may want to bring hiking boots and/or bikes, as the property has bike-path access and is across the street from the Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary. I can't imagine a nicer place to stay on the Cape. We look forward to going back.

Comfortable beds and a great breakfast made our stay terrific.

“Average Hotel”

The room was realatively clean, kind of small.Kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools.Maid did a good job cleaning the room.Real close to National Seashore beaches.Decent restaurants in the area.Wouldn't want to stay here for a week, but for a couple of nights it was just fine.

“It was O.K.”

Old facility. Overall, it has received minimum maintenance and updating. Check in agent was a turn-off.

“Poor price/quality ratio”

A very ordinary motel, with rooms that do not deserve their price. "Welcome to Cape Cod" was the owner's answer when we wondered why we were paying twice the usual price of any motel in that category.
