bad visit in Wembley
first I thought the bill was very expensive and also wasn't sure if I had already paid for the room? the was no plug in sink and shower was broken and to be honest very small room and single bed

Very poor
Terrible unfriendly check in staff that had no knowledge at all of the booking and turned us away even though we had proof of the booking, they then tried to charge us again and didn’t have the room that we had booked either. Then they tried to take my ID and not return it. Very strange place and definitely wouldn’t recommend or return.

Reception good room fair. Bathroom terrible. Window no catch wide open no plug in sink no handle on toilet seat did not fit no support for shower cupboard did not open no light for shaving No TV No connection to WiFi. And ground floor swarm of large flies otherwise bedroom clean

Firstly, I know a lot of people have complained on here at the noise from the train station. Its true, you can hear trains going past, loudly, and constantly from your room however, this wasn't an issue for me as I chose this place for its closeness to Webmley Central Station. If you choose a hotel right next to the station, there's really no reason for you to be complaining about train noises- but beware, it IS loud, and it IS constant. You have the Bakerloo and Overgeound lines operating from WCS as well, so we are talking trains from first thing in the morning until maybe gone midnight, later maybe (bakerloo is on the night tube line and begins overground at WCS). Okay, on to my stay. Check in was a breeze. The woman at reception was lovely, polite and friendly. She was, however, to my eyes, the only member of staff on site. We got our room on the second floor and as soon as we walked in we were greeted with a strong smoke smell. It was clear the guest before had been smoking. Informed the receptionist, as didn't want to be slapped with the £60 smoking fine. Fast forward to night time- the bathroom light didn't work, nightmare. Worse, the building next door to us had upward facing floor spotlights. They shined STRAIGHT in to our window, and our curtains did absolutely nothing to block it out. Its safe to say that we got pretty much no sleep what with the light and noise combined, and just ended up stressed and overly tired for our long return trip home.

Broken shower, squeaking bed, no fan in the room. Right next to Wembley Railway station. Very noisy due to trains passing all night. Next morning they said had fixed the shower but it wasn't fixed. They changed my room next day but it again had a broken shower holder. A must stay away Hotels.com shouldn't have them listed on the their website

Ok for a night lovely staff
Was o.k for a night room very small only 1 plug socket bed wasn't great walls in bathroom had brown marks and shower needs renewal as does decor. Stayed s it was quite cheap and is a 3_4 min walk from.Wembley Central station with v good bus access and also lots of quick take away places to grab a quick bite and supermarket nearby

Cheap but very poor quality/price relation
Lots of noises, you can hear the speakers of the station from your room, only very hot water in the shower, people in the stairs in high volumen at 12:30 AM, no WiFi in the room (just in the ground floor), bathroom furniture not fixed so you can not open it... definetly the most uncomfortable place I have ever paid for.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, curtains hanging off the rail, a window that couldn’t be closed because “it may fall out” and taps that didn’t work properly. Extremely overpriced due to a concert in Wembley - complete rip off.

The lady behind reception was the saving grace of the hotel. Everything else was appalling. The breakfast was so bad that we couldn’t eat the second day even though we had paid for it. It was in really poor repair. Several other people walked out and other guests couldn’t eat breakfast. The shower was boiling hot and there was no way of turning it down. No plug in the sink meant we did not wash properly. Bare wires in the ceiling rose, I could go on and on but I would like to say the receptionist was great and I wish her every luck for her future.

The property was awful the exterier facade was the best bit . The en-suite facilities all need a refurb dirty grouting cracked sinks showers hanging off the wall with no visible way to attach and no hot water to have a shower. I would be astounded if the electrics were checked bare wires loose sockets some of which do not work surely this presents a fire hazard !!!. The heating was on full blast due to the boiler being stuck on and no way to turn it down as the staff were not allowed in the "back room" We tried 3 rooms before we found one with the radiator off and as it was a hot day that was acceptable . In all 3 rooms the curtains were hanging off the rails and no television or bedside table in the last bedroom. The labarynth of passages upstairs seemed to go on forever without and fire doors fitted to any of the rooms. I would be suprised if this "Hotel" has been checked by either the Fire officer or Local council because in my mind this is an accident waiting to happen !!. This hotel was close to shops and to wembley arena - great area however I guess you get what you pay for. Not the greatest room; the toilet handle was a screw, every time someone else flushed our shower would drip water, the door could not be locked from inside, breakfast bread for sandwiches was stale bread, there was not enough breakfast tables however luckily someone left soon after we came down. Overall if you just need somewhere to sleep close to the arena and aren't fussed about quality then this hotel is ideal and on the cheaper side.

When we arrived the room was dated old fashioned the shower was not working we did get moved to a better rim still dated but shower worked but with handle loose on bathroom door amit was shabby.

Absolute disgrace. No morals or values I cancelled the booking over the phone in advance but was still charged in full. As a serviceman in the Armed Forces I was called away at short notice, note that I informed the company as per their T&Cs inside of the required timeline.

Where do we start . Check in the member of staff was rude and unhelpful. The room was crap and tiny . Only one pillow, shower didn’t work , no cupboard or anything. The bed was horrible. All in the hotel should be shut down it’s dated and horrible

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Stayed here to be close to Wembley Stadium for a football game and then to be within close proximity to tube stadium to visit central London next day. The double bed had a huge dip in the middle and was very uncomfortable. The shower screen was off its hinges. The shower itself was horrendous! Only a tiny amount of cold water would come out of it. No hot water or warm water whatsoever. The window was splattered with pigeon poo. You could not sleep for noise on the street through the night from loud residents passing by and wagons / car passing and screeching up the street. Every time a train passed the floor shook! Would not recommend at all especially as you can't use the shower!

Me and my girlfriend when to London for the weekend and wanted to stay local to Wembley as we were watching a show at the SSE Arena and the hotels that we have stayed in before in that area were a little expensive for just the one night so thought we would give this one a go. So we arrived at the hotel and the check in was straight forward and easy, the hotel doesn't have a lift so alright if you are travelling light unless you want to carry big heavy suitcases up a couple of flights of stairs and down very narrow corridors. Got to the room and at first looked pretty standard (didn't expect much for the price) massive bed which was very comfortable did feel like the bed had a dip in the middle of it so the mattress was kind of a U shape but that didn't bother me or my girlfriend, went to have a shower but no water came out unless it was on cold, it seems as if the water pressure in the building is very poor and also at breakfast the next day I overheard another person complaining that their shower didn't work either and they had to wash in the sink! got the keys to another room to have a shower (that shower wasn't much better but worked!) then another issue was that the toilet was blocked and I spent the whole time trying to flush it and also pouring water down the toilet to get it unblocked but it didn't seem to work, told reception on check out so that should have been sorted (hopefully). Overall I don't think the hotel is good at all and certainly will not be staying again

Disgusting!
Room was absolutely filthy. Dust everywhere, damp and peeling wallpaper, cobwebs, stain in draw, sticky floor, no bedside lamp, wonky bathroom door handle, hole in radiator cover, only one cup which had a crack in it. No wardrobe to hang out clothes and one hanger with no head! Felt very unsafe at night. Didn't want to use the shower as dirty and declined the breakfast as everything so filthy-don't think we could have stomached it. Man on reception very rude in the morning when we checked out. DONT USE THIS HOTEL! A disgrace!

Not worth the price
The room was very small and not at all like the photo's advertised. It was hot and stuffy. You're right next to the trainline so hear trains zooming past all the time. The room didn't feel secure with people trying to get into our room. It was a very hot day but unfortunately there were no fans or air con. The shower dipped out and was stone cold. The toilet seat was loose and not lined up to the based properly. The staff were friendly enough and the breakfast was pleasant but basic.
