A few things…I had to wait one hour to get a bar of soap as there wasn’t any when I arrived.
The coffee pot in the room was not working. When they brought another one, I later noticed it did not have the tray that slides in and holds the coffee pod. When I asked for another one the next evening, I never received it.
The ice machine on the 3rd floor had no ice when I went for some Sat. night.
I used a “Sleep In” tag on my door for two days. I took it off on Sunday morning but my room never got cleaned.
The breakfast buffet is very impressive. Plenty to eat and was presented very nicely. Very good coffee. The staff cleaning up during the buffet was very friendly and efficient. Joseph, in particular, is a wonderful employee; so pleasant and hard working.
Overall, the Bay Meadows location is a great spot; not too far from the airport, St. Augustine, and Daytona Beach. Would consider staying there again."
