The place has obviously been around a while, the staff were friendly however elusive. The place could do with an update. The TV in the room for example has to be from the 90s lol. But generally the place was quiet

The guys attending in the property were nice and helpful But, the first day I arrived earlier and there was no one there until 3pm, so not even to store the bags. There is mo laundry, no food in the property. So all in all I think for overnight stay is ok, just overnight

The room was spacious and comfortable. Would have been useful to know how to access property. Only by visiting the morning before staying that night did we get given an access code.

From the last three hotels i have stayed in around Crawley , in three weeks . This one was the best , close to a few pubs and not to far from town, and staff very nice and helpful

Ok for one night
Clean room, very dated building with regard to the decor and furniture. The bed in room 2 was very uncomfortable and needs a new mattress. Otherwise fine for the money. £65 for an overnight ahead of a flight from Gatwick. Wouldn’t want to stay more than a single night.

If having to book in the area again, I would choose differently. The location is not easy for a traveller coming via bus but doable. There was no blow dryer in the room, important for me. The front desk had limited hours. There was not restaurant nearby.

There was no one to welcome us. No one acknowledged our presence. I finally had to call the number on the confirmation and was told someone would come. Took maybe 15 minutes before someone did. Free parking was a plus.

Don’t stay here if you want a clean bed
Listen, it’s a cheap hotel. We weren’t expecting much. But finding the sheets dirty with many hairs on them was unacceptable. The bathroom floor was also dirty and two of the pillows didn’t have pillowcases?! So so gross

Good size room and member of staff who checked us in was very helpful. No staff in site during the night (although available by online if required) which caused an issie when someone claiming to have a reservation started banging the front door and novody was there to greet him). Not the hotels fault as the person was drunk and had booked the wrong night but if there was staff on site this would have been resolved sooner.

Perfect for an evening in Crawley before an early airport as close to cinema and restaurants and only 15 mins from airport. Pleasant reception staff and clean quiet room.

It’s a pretty manky room in a large house. There was an unpleasant odour in the room, and the bathroom was very rundown. We just needed to crash for the night, so all we needed was a bed and a bathroom. We went for a low price option and, I have to say, we got what we paid for.
