“Great Room For the Money!”

I and my wife want to celebrate our Marriage anniversary. i booked this hotel room through expedia for 04/06/11. I was suprised to see the room and the hotel. It was beyond my expectation. We arrived the hotel at 2.00 pm. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They have good knowledge about the city. They provide us all the information which we required. Rooms modern and clean. Television, very comfortable beds, Hairdryers, Iron & Ironing boards, Coffee Maker. Staff are all very friendly, pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Ample parking. They made our marriage anniversary memorable.The continental breakfast was good. I surely recommend this hotel to every one.

“Unbeatable- this is the place”

We stayed at the EconoLodge Inn & Suites Westfield, MA in May 2011 as a quick anniversary trip and getaway from demanding jobs. We wanted an affordable trip that would still allow us the budget for a summer vacation as well. Of course we went to Trip Advisor to find a hidden gem hotel. It is a very neat and clean established Hotel. The Staff are exceptional hosts indeed and very friendly. They go beyond their way and help us in many ways. In the room Front desk staff showed us around quickly, and told us we could always call, even in the night, if we had a problem. The bathroom was spacious, but held everything you needed and everything was very clean. The Room was very comfortable and well maintained. The bed was smooth and had clean Bed sheet and Linen. The room itself had a TV, Towels, Coffee Maker, Iron & Ironing Board, Micro- fridge and many more. Would I come again? No. I WILL come again. Again, thank you Mr. Bob (Owner) for keeping your Hotel so nicely and so comfortable for us guests. We shall return!

“Was okay”

The staff was friendly and helpful, the free breakfast was good, and I liked the private patio (we stayed on the second floor). The room could really use a make over; it looked old and grungie. The air conditioner didn't work and the mini fridge (though a nice and welcome touch) was loud and old. I think it should be a little cheaper for the quality offered (or lack thereof). If you are looking for a not too fancy place to stay, it was comfortable.

The room was fine. There was a microwave and a refrigerator. Breakfast was all carbohydrates except for some Macintosh apples.

“Just okay....”

Obviously an old HoJo's, this hotel is fair for the money. King room was visually neat and clean. Bed was comfortable for the most part, although 3 tiny (smaller than twin) pillows weren't enough for two guests. Front desk people were not overly personable at check-in and -out, but got the job done. LOUD flushing toilets - super suction! Some water stains on the ceiling, and the heating unit was kinda' tattered-looking. The outlet it was plugged in to was covered in rust - gross. Potential electrical hazard? Overall, not a 5-star hotel, but not totally out of the question for another night.

“Convenient and basic”

The hotel was convenient for us, avoiding a long trip home after an evening Tanglewood concert. The room was basic which is all we were looking for but it wasn't fully cleaned from the previous occupant.

“It was Alright”

Overall it was nice and clean. However, we found someone else's leftovers in the mini fridge. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom so we had to ask the front desk. And their bible was sticky?
