This Whistler hotel offers nonsmoking rooms and suites in two, three-story buildings with 4 elevators. The Hotel wing houses comfortable traditional hotel rooms, while deluxe rooms and suites are located in the Lodge wing. Hardwood furnishings and cheery colors complement rustic ski-lodge ambience. All accommodations provide cable TV and pay movies, iPod docking stations, pillow top mattresses and blackout curtains. Traditional rooms have compact refrigerators and coffee/tea making facilities, while deluxe rooms also have microwaves and wet bars. All guestrooms offer complimentary wireless Internet access.

Old Spaghetti Factory - Independently owned and operated. Pasta—and lots of it—along with a variety of other entrées—at this family-friendly restaurant serving lunch and dinner daily. Unique decor includes antiques, stained glass, Tiffany lamps, and an authentic trolley car forming a dining room within a dining room. Ric's Grill - Independently owned and operated. Located in the main lobby. All meals served. Crystal Lounge - Independently owned and operated. Intimate lounge perfect for après-ski drinks or watching the game. Open from mid-afternoon until late evening. Citta's - Independently owned and operated. Pronounced “chee-taz,” this casual lounge serves light meals from noon until closing. Popular patio and après-ski scene. Ric's Mix - Independently owned and operated. Located on the main floor. Appetizers, cocktails. Open from mid-afternoon until late evening. Starbucks - Assorted coffee drinks, teas, other beverages, and pastries.
Recreation
Guests can enjoy the use of fitness equipment and an outdoor heated pool and spa tub. Crystal Lodge & Suites is affiliated with two of British Columbia's most prestigious golf courses: Furry Creek on the Sea-to-Sky Highway, and Nicklaus North, which is located two miles north of the hotel. Tee times can be arranged at the front desk. The recreational activities listed below are available either on site or near the hotel; fees may apply.

“Perfect location”
The Cyrstal Lodge is in the center of the Whistler Village. We parked out car in the underground garage and never moved it for 3 days. Walked to the golf course (half a par 4 distance). Shuttles picked us up 50 yards from our door for air tour of the glaciers. Hotel staff very friendly. Our pet dog even received a glorious welcome including some treats and blankets. We tried to save money since we didn't plan on being in our room much except to sleep so the room was pretty small but with a King Bed. No view. Might change that in the future. Otherwise...110% as expected!!!
“Customer Service at its Best!”
The hotel is newly renovated and gorgeous. You can't beat the location. The staff is extremely helpful and made the stay even better.

I was in the "unrenovated" part apparently (wifi isn't available there), but it was a beautiful room. No complaints. Wish I could afford to stay there during the high season! :-)

We felt very welcome by the front desk assistant. The hotel is spacious and is very convenient to ski lift, shops and restaurants.

The room was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We loved the wet bar and the extra room where we had a sofa. We would definitely use this hotel again.
“Convenient; great location in Whistler Village”
The Crystal Lodge is centrally located in Whistler Village. We had a view of the village stroll which brought back memories of a European visit with its many shops, cobblestones, potted flowers hanging from restaurants and businesses. Hotel was comfortable, had conveniences of a parking garage, restaurants, good security, and pleasant staff.
“Whistler's Best Choice”
We rented their one-bedroom suite and couldn't have been happier with it. It was big with full kitchen and pull-out comfy murphy bed in living room. Separate bedroom had it's on TV and onsuite full bathroom. Two bathrooms! On top of that full living room area was big with T.V. and fireplace. Balcony. Air-Conditioning (it was much appreciated in the sweltering heat wave we were having. We stayed in and played cards.) It was central to everything in the village. My son, wife and 18 month old were very happy with the service and appreciated the crib and playpen for the baby. They even had special treats for their small dog! It was the best and we highly recommend it.
“Will stay here again.”
The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable and we had a great view of the village. We spent time by the pool, which was also clean and enjoyable. It's very noisy at night,so we closed the window and turned up the air conditioner and had a great night's sleep. We have stayed in many different Whistler hotels and condos over the years, but this was our first stay at the Crystal Lodge and we would definitely stay there again.
