“Awesome!”
I love this place! We will be there alot for my sons drs and this will be the place that we continue to stay at!!!!
“Visiting family”
The hotel was actually really nice. The staff was helpful, prompt, and actually took time to talk to you with interesnt not just to pacify you. The rooms were nice and well kept, The breakfast was great, a good selection that was kept stocked. Really impressed.
“Very Friendly and Experienced Staff”
I really like this hotel and it's staff. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful in every way. I cannot wait to go back!
“The Hot Tub Works !!”
It looks like the construction around Rock Road has progressed. Last year it was all but impossible to access. Getting better. Hot Free breakfast on the top floor. The kids twitted and facedbooked on a working computer in the media center. Nice /cool pool and hot tub with plenty of towels and that was good for a couple of soaks.
“Good hotel”
I had only one thing that was not good - I requested a "Quiet Room" as I was going to retire early. They gave me a room that was next to the indoor swimming pool and I had to wait until the pool closed to go to sleep and that was 10:00 p.m. Some kids were in the pool yelling and then some adults talking very loud. Evidently the request was not given to the person on duty. However, I could have requested a different room but didn't realize I was adjacent to the pool area until I had unpacked and didn't want to change. Even though there was construction the detour passed right in front of the Parking for the Hotel and they were not working in the evening or night so that was not an inconvenience like one person reported. I feel I was at fault not requesting a different room so I still rate the hotel very good. Beds were fantastic! No smoke smell and very clean. I have been in the accomodations business for about 30 years in Estes Park Colorado so I can be very particular.
“Will be my pick for the next visit to Wichita!”
Staff were friendly and very helpful. We were greeted immediately upon entering the lobby. Parking was easy ..and FREE. The rooms were great, the pool was very pretty and we enjoyed the breakfast the next morning.
“Great Weekend Stay”
My family had a really great time at this hotel. The pool was really neat even though it was a little chilly outside the pool was a decent temperature. There was also plenty of seating around the pool with a great hot tub. The free breakfast was large and filling. The bed was huge and comfy with plenty of pillows. The only downside was the room kind of had a funny smell to it. Kinda smelled like dirty steam water. Other than that it was an excellent place to stay for the weekend.

pool and jacuzzi was amazing. cute lil room, beautiful sink and good shower head. fridge and microwave, good location next to towneast mall. walls a lil thin but aren't they all
“Will go back”
We had reserved 3 rooms and only 2 were reserved and they said they were full, but after quite a while they came up with another one and they were all on the same floor. Hmmmm I guess they weren't full. It was a nice place, a little out-dated, but nice and I would go back. It was very close to where we needed to go. The only thing is I thought it was too expensive for what we got. Another thing, is they wouldn't use our AARP card and it said on the website they did.
“Great central location”
I loved the location. It was so close to the interstate and to shopping. The Inn had a beautiful indoor pool. I wished the pool was a bit warmer so I could have enjoyed it more. The staff was very friendly, but the exercise equipment was in need of maintenance.
