“Did not reserve handicap room”
Had not reserved a handicapped room for our second room even after we had called them directly. The other party staying with us was forced to move to the hotel next door. Studio Suites did pay for the move but we had to put up with being in two different hotels.
“Nice size room for an affordible price.”
People who wish to stay here need to make sure they book in advance as the front desk is not open all night long. We arrived after office hours but had no problem getting our keys/paperwork. Parking was tight as we had a trailer. We had to unhitch it and park next to it as. The room was alright. For a smoking room, we were confused as to why there were no ashtrays. There was bar soap but no shampoo or conditioner. Luckily we had brought our own. Bed and pillows were somewhat uncomfortable, but for the price of the room and the amount of time we had been on the road, we did not care much. It was alright for a place to sleep on a long road trip.
“Noisy”
Lot's of noise. Housekeeping is an extra charge, so bring your own coffee, etc. For the price, it's just OK.
“Never again”
This was probably one of the worst stays at a hotel that I have ever had. Getting locked out of my room for the whole night due to key malfunction and no front desk clerk really made my night, let me tell you. Not only did this happen, but when the woman at the front desk finally came into work (an hour and a half late), she gave me an attitude. In addition to the poor service, there were missing necessities. For example, I needed to iron a dress for an event I was attending. Alas, there was an ironing board but no iron. Honestly, the stay was completely ridiculous. I will never ever refer this hotel to anyone and would definitely never stay there again.
