“Great for the money”

I was hesitating as the other reviews were not good but the hotel staff and comfort was great absolutely no complaints. I did not do breakfast there dont know how was it.

“Cheap, and worth it!”

Popular jump off point for Grand Canyon National Park. There's better accomodation in Williams, but if you're stuck, you'll sleep OK.

“Stay away! Should be torn down!”

In my opinion this Hotel should be removed from Expedia. It is old and not maintained. Bathroom was horrible and towels were stained and needed to be replaced. Outside of hotel is an eyesore.

“Horrible!”

Don't stop in this hotel!!! In our room: the bathtroom/ restroom were not cleaned, the bathroom from the upstair room leaked in our bathroom, disgusting smell and dust everywhere.

“Worst hotel to stay in las vegas”

The hotel amenities were poor. For the status and amount charged they don't even provide basic amenities like internet, coffee maker and microwave which even motel like super 6 provides. I am very disappointed with the services provided and would not recommend anyone to stay there.

“Not Very Good! Camping would have been better!”

The hotel was old, in poor repair, poorly cleaned. The refrigerator and microwave were both nonfunctional. The wireless Internet did not function. The attendant was totally uninterested in addressing any of the issues. Continental breakfast consisted of instant coffee and cookies.

“Horrible Hotel, Never Would Go Back, Hole In Wall”

My wife and I were planning a trip to the Grand Canyon. We never made it because the hotel that we booked (Budget Host Inn Williams) was horrible. DO NOT BE FOOLED WITH THE PLACKS ON THE WALL. The walls were cinder block cement, the floor was dirty, and the bed we did not even want to sit on. The furniture was very old and the room was very cold (you could see your breath). After seeing the first room we asked for a second which was no better and then we asked to see a third room which was even worse. The owner would not refund our money after we told him that we are not staying (I was very polite and just walked out after the owner refused the refund). So we ended up paying for the night and did not even stay there, the hotel was that bad. We were forced to use the restroom at the local grocery store and ended up driving back (3 hours) to Los Vegas were we were fortunate enough to get a clean, comfortable room. I do NOT RECOMMEND this hotel, it has been the worst hotel that I have ever seen. I hope by reading this review no one else would go through what my wife and I did.
