“I'd recommend this for families”
The indoor pool, hot tub & outdoor pool were nice & in good working order. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the staff was very nice. Our room was in a great location close to everything. You have to walk outside to get to the indoor pool & breakfast area but it wasn't a problem at all. The staff at the front desk was very helpful if you need extra towels or anything. We also enjoyed the free cofffee area inside near the lobby. My family had a great time, it's a good hotel for families with kids.
“Comfort Inn Historic Williamsburg”
Pleasant stay with no problems. Staff could have been a little friendlier. We needed toothpaaste and it was given "with attitude." Also, we were disappointed that the pool was not open later, as we closed the parks and would have loved to relax in the pool for a short time. Loved the Belgian waffels. The line was at times long, but worth the waiti. Very convenient to Busch Gardens and Water Country, USA. Short drive for meals. Overall very satisfactory, especially for the moderate price.
“Just the ticket!”
Good location and easy to find. Totally hassle-free, really pleasant stay - continental breakfast was included too so a bonus. Used outdoor pool but not indoor although both were open.
“Great place to stay”
We were very pleased with this hotel. I have traveled a lot in the past and learned to live with whatever accommodations were available knowing it would only be a 1 night stay. I found the Comfort Inn in the Historic District through Expedia. I was surprised to see how reasonably priced this hotel was. It had everything I wanted, which included an indoor pool, complimentary breakfast, & was close to Colonial Williamsburg. We enjoyed staying here so much, we considered staying another night. Just so we could swim in that pool again.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and all foods were available. We used the indoor pool and it was refreshing. It was very close to everything (Attractions, Restaurants, and Shopping). Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Overall a very nice hotel. The front desk staff were satisfactory;however, the maintainance and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful.Do not rely on the fitness equipment or pool for exercise.The equipment was very old (only 2 nordic tracks in a small room)and the pool was too cold to enjoy.
“Will stay their again when visiting Williamsburg”
Was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. Good service, clean room and the roll away bed I requested was in the room when we checked in that evening. The continental breakfast good, had plenty of choices. There was a long line for the waffles, so we did not try them but had enough to eat. My expectations were exceeded.
“Good room for the money”
This hotel is neat and clean. It is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. The hotel has a very good continental breakfast that includes hot waffles. I was pleasantly suprised at the quality for the great rate.
