“Very nice group of people.”
The employees at this hotel make this hotel shine even more, although the pool area was in dire need of renovation, the service was first rate.
“Close to Colonial Willilamsburg & Quiet, Clean, and Comfortable”
Nice hotel to stay in while touring Colonial Williamsburg, visiting the Outlet Mall and Restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful when asking for recommendations for Restaurants.

we stayed in march 2008 during spring break and while there were a few minor things that needed updated it was a nice stay. the staff was great the pool was very nice alittle too much cholrine but very warm and relaxing. the staff was very helpful close to alot of attractions about 20 mins. from busch gardens and jamestowne. i thought it was well worth the money. looking at the other reviews i was a little concerned about staying there but i was very surprised the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

We have stayed at this hotel our last 3 trips to Williamsburg. We have no complaints. The hotel is close to all the attractions without being right on the main strip. The rooms are always clean and there is an indoor pool which is nice for rainy days.

We came and stayed in because of Hurricane Irene ..... Had a great time with family and friends ..... bucket of chicken from KFC .... Played in the indoor pool, Watched cable music videos, and it was all good ..... Thank God we never lost lights, but the hotel next door did. Thank you for the nice stay ..... Home away from Home .....
“Great place and convenient”
Very close to all the shops and Pottery place. Compared to the same hotel we left earlier that day in VA Beach, at more than double the price, it was amazing the difference and what this chain thinks it can get away with for price to see the ocean. The only fall back was the indoor pool. It was 105 outside and the pool area was like a sauna. I like a heated pool, but some air around the pool would have been nice. Had a jacuzzi tub or at least jets, but didn't know that all the jets had been turned off throughout the hotel until after filled up tub and had to call room service to figure out how to turn it on. The staff was great, we were a couple hours early and they let us right in. I was very comfortable in the room, the beds were very comfortable.
