4/10 Poor

"There was mold on the walls of the room. Mold in shower. No hot water the 2nd day. Apparently he had turned off the hot water neither our room or my parents room had hot water until the owner turned it back on. Big centipede bug was live crawling in the light on ceiling so we asked for a new room. Dirt room. Hair on walls of the shower. No water pressure. Hard beds. Not a comfortable stay. I guess you get what you pay for."

"Parking is easy, and for first floor guests, super convenient. slight mildew odor, which dissipated after I turned on the A/C. Room was clean and roomy, and well appointed with good sized refrigerator (between dorm and full size), and microwave, flat screen TV, but no coffeemaker. Could do with a touchup of paint and trim in places. Very courteous and helpful staff. Convenient location. "

"It was terrible. It was filthy. It smells bad and the toilet didn’t flush in my room. I left a day early and they didn’t refund me my money. And I still left. Think about that. I paid for a night and left and didn’t care about the money. That’s how bad it was. I know there will be an AI comment from the hotel telling me how they are sorry they didn’t live up to my expectations. But if that’s the case, then contact me and refund my money. I won’t hold my breath. Honestly, I rarely leave bad comments, but this place was really really bad. DO NOT bring your family here. One word. Gross. 0 stars."

Quality Inn & Suites Williamsport

"Stopped here for the night just passing through. Nice enough, but everything felt like a store going out of business. In fact, they were closing their TGI Friday's on May 31, despite doing good business. The restaurant was a selling point because I could get some late apps for dinner. Downside, the room smelled like wet dog. Didnt love it."
