The hotel was very convenient to the expressway and sign age was well done. Restaurants were closeby for a quick dinner. The room was clean, quiet and well equipped. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. A great place to stay on an overnite thru the state.

The hotel was comfortable, desk staff was friendly and helpful and overall a good experience. I would suggest to the hotel to have an extra maintenance person on when a snow storm is expected to help guests. I only had shoes, no boots and had to shovel my car out with just a broken hotel shovel. We received over 20 inches of snow. It would have been nice if they had a snow blower and helped the guests get their cars out.

“Feeling Robbed”

First of all, I will say that the room itself was nice. Beds were comfortable. OK, done with the good stuff. We "tried" to go swimming. It was nearly impossible to enjoy with the noise that was coming from the nearly 17 kids that were already in there, screaming attend3ed by their parents who were making mixed alcoholic drinks, and beer, completely oblivious to anyone around them. You honestly could not enjoy it. As for the staff, they didin't seem to have a care in the world when all this, including the alcohol, was brought up. And yes, I like to drink also. But these "parents" and thier kids were all out of control. At the end of the night, we just wanted to relax and watch some tv. You could not get the thing to work if your life depended on it. So I went to the vending machine to get a snack and a drink. The vending machine was broken, so I decided to just get a soda. That was broken also. But it sure accepted my money. So I decide to just get ice from the ice machine and drink tap water. The freakin ice machine was broke down too but there was a sign that said we can go up to the 3rd floor if we wanted to get some. Unless they read this and make things right, (for the 148.00) I paid for my 1 night stay, I'll probably never stay at another hampton in for the rest of my entire life. VERY DISSAPOINTED!! By the way, I tried to rate Expedia at a 1 for recommending this hotel and double charging me but the site won't allow me to.
