“A Motel With History”
Even though the motel was built in the '30's, it's in extremely good and clean shape. These folks take pride in maintaining this motel. There's a quaint "Sam Spade" feel to the structure to the motel. It also has very modern additions like flat screen tv's and DVD players in the rooms. The lack of interior hallways will get you running to and from your car or the pool in the summer though.

The desk help found our information quickly. The registration was quick and with courtesy. They provided all the information we needed to find our room. The breakfast was excellent. The location is close to any major streets and highways.

I was skeptical when we pulled into the the motel. Looked old and I was wary. Not to worry, the staff was great, Our beds were so comfortable that I took off the sheets to see the brand of mattresses. We had a suite with a king and queen. Flat screen TV's fridge, microwave!!! This motel is the oldest Best Western in US!!

This hotel was wonderful...The staff couldn't have been better..We forgot my husband's ice pack in the freezer after we left and the manager had the maid get it and put it in his freezer so that it was exactly how it needed to be for his back..I felt this front desk clerk went above and beyond for us...The breakfast that comes with your stay was fabulous..
“Clean and Confortable”
I will be using this motel every time I go to Yuma. I use to use Motel 6 or Travelodge, but for the little extra money, they have free wireless internet, flat screen tv, a dvd player, dvd's to watch for free, and free breakfast at the Yuma Landing Grill. The only issue is they are on a main street so a lot of street traffic if you are right on or close to the street.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He was very congenial and helped us with everything we needed to know.
