“Zurich Hotel Gets Full Marks From Grumpy Brit”

Just stayed the one night whilst in transit. Very easy to find, 10 minute level walk from the station and equally close to the two main areas of city centre. If you want to buy provisions there are good supermarkets by the station.The room was well equipped and in a quiet location. Had a good night's sleep which is unusual for me. Only niggle was the bed which although King sized appeared somewhat lumpy. However, many may appreciate the softness (perhaps I need to lose a little weight!). Did not have time sample breakfast. Would certainly stay again.

“Great Hotel”

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful at every stage. Loved the apple juice in reception! Also the Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel was superb. Had two great meals there. Not cheap but worth the money.

“Comfortable Bed!”

We stayed at the Continental for 2 nights and loved it. Best sleep of my life! The location was perfect to get to the train station but also close to the Old Town area. I would recommend this place anytime.

“uninteresting outside of hotel but a very nice hotel on the inside. Would certainly stay again.”

We arrived quite deal early from the check in time but it wasn't a problem and went straight to our rooom which was a bonus. The staff are very pleasant and helpful including getting us away on time very early in the morning.,

“First time visit”

I like this hotel very much, it is conveniently located near the Train Station, and the good thing about Zurich is that you can walk around with no problem. The hotel is in a very tranquil place, very confortable, the best bed I had in Switzerland (In this trip I stayed in 4 different hotels). I really enjoy this hotel a lot.

“Great hotel in Zurich!”

Great hotel choice in Zurich! The room was very clean and quite large for European standards. Biggest bathroom of our entire trip, which was a nice change. Hotel staff was also very helpful.

“Highly recommended”

It is a comfortable and clean hotel, not a luxury, but very cozy. Convenient location, close to the centre and main train station. Ii is second stay for my wife and me in this hotel and in the future I would prefer to stay here again. The only inconvenience - the breakfast is not included. I recommend this hotel.

“Fantastic Swiss Experience”

Really impressed with the customer service at this hotel. On arrival, very late, we were greeted with friendliness and a desire to assist. It was a bonus that we had been upgraded from the standard room that we had booked. We were delighted by all the thoughtful touches, fresh fruit, free chocolate etc! Cleanliness was to a very high standard and the bed was very comfortable. We had chosen the locaton specifically for an endurance event and it couldn't have been better placed. The tram service was incredible, really fantastic to have public transport that was on time! Come to the UK to teach us a few things please! I would highly recommend this hotel, and the staff made the stay even more special.
