They could also pay attention to the small details such as the chipped paint on the walls in the room the door molding being crooked and the crooked wall plates. Attention to detail would go a long way."

"The original room we had was reeking cigarette smoke and the bathroom faucet was broken. Also, housekeeping missed our room twice. But we were offered a different and better room and housekeeping finally came to our room on the last night. If not for the helpfulness of front desks Christian and Donald, hot breakfast every day with good variety, pool and 24/7 gun included, it would have been a terrible overall stay."
