Great stay at rosewood
We loved our stay at the hotel. We received a free upgrade which was awesome. The restaurants and location are great. Staff are super helpful and the room was very comfortable. One of the best stays we had in any hotel.

This was our favorite hotel in Abu Dhabi Its lost a huge step in staff! Not very friendly and when I ask about an upgrade she was almost rude! Gave us a room right above a bar that played music until 2:00AM

Had to ask for water in my room 5 times and took 6-8 hours. The next day, was informed there is no running water in my room, and it took over an hour to get them to understand that I needed to take a shower. I used to live at the Rosewood Abu Dhabi Residences and this is just gone downhill.

This hotel was amazing. Very elegant style, amazing and helpful staff, and the spa area in the men's locker room was extremely relaxing and nice. The room was gorgeous as well as the view and pool area. Lots of great food options and it connects to the mall. Loved every minute there!

A perfect getaway
We have been going to the Rosewood hotel for the past 6 years; there is nothing I could fault the rooms are perfect the staff are all very friendly from around the pool to the restaurants, the reception staff everything about the Rosewood hotel is fantastic

It is a wonderful hotel with a great lady at the front reception by the name of Clarisse. Very helpful and friendly. The rest of the staff is very friendly but many not at par with what I would expect from a Rosewood. Some speak poor English. Room service often does not answer the calls. TVs in the room are not smart.

Baby crib
The baby crib was too deep it was hard to place a baby in his sleep. So I had to order extra pillows and blankets to make a comfortable spot for my baby who wasn’t comfortable and kept crying all night. We all ended up not sleeping at all that’s why my experience was very poor

This was a nice property in a "5 star cookie cutter" point of view. It's a business hotel. I liked it, though it didnt wow me. It presented all that one would seek on a checklist for a 5 star hotel, except that it lacked...spirit. thats what it was. Great packaging but lacking spirit.

AMAZING place!
Amazing hotel! Beat the four seasons by far. If you are hesitant between the two, stay at the Rosewood! We regretted not spending our entire stay there. Larger room and bathroom, fancier overall feel, great service. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

Be at peace.
This is one of the Rosewood’s older properties and if you’re familiar with some of their newer properties, you’ll notice. However, you’ll also notice that service and “sense of place” is the same. The pool deck and it’s bar are excellent.
