"The hotel has quick access to multiple Akihabara station exists, and a lot of nearby food options including convenience stores, restaurants, and quick street foods. There isn't any parking for the hotel, but there are some reasonable dropoff spots near by and some street parking. But with the trains you shouldn't need to worry about cars too much. The rooms are small but reasonable, and even being right next to the train, and being able to see the platform out the window, we were never bothered by noise. "

"Excellent staff on-site who accommodated my request for a room change immediately. Location is excellent and walkable to Ueno station and surrounding areas. Facilities were clean and in-room amenities were plenty. Highly recommended."

"Convenient - steps from the train station, shops and restaurants. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff - touch screen check in - but in multiple languages and a video chat attendant to assist if needed, super easy. Good breakfast with enough variety to satisfy most diners. Quiet rooms despite being in a busy shopping area and the train station. Free coffee, teas and amenities in lobby. Washing machines on third floor but not enough to go around for all that want to use one. Hotel information screen shows usage of washing machines so you can watch to see if one becomes available. Room size adequate for Japan standards. We reserved two separate rooms. One room with a full mattress the second two twins. The twin room was a little larger and more spacious. I couldn’t figure out how to get English language on the tv but that was ok - we did not travel to Japan to watch tv. Attached to the hotel is a Newday convenience store that has all the neat snacks and drinks that you can find in Japan. I used the baggage transport system to send our bags to our next hotel - you do that at the convenience store - very convenient and easy. Overall a great stay with all the services I would need. I wish I can remember the staff’s names but I acknowledge all of them for helping make our stay very pleasant."

"Family of 5 - easy to get joining rooms. Rooms were small and snug but that’s what I expected for this area. 10 minute walk to stations. Family Mart out the door and Life Supermarket a couple of blocks away. Didn’t try breakfast as kids fussy."

"It fulfilled the requirements I needed for this trip(clean and private room). Would not recommend for anyone who wants to spend a lot of time in their own room (but your on a trip so why would you). Great extras (hot springs)."
