Henann Regency is still the best place to stay in Boracay. Everyone is friendly and everything are excellent. We’ll definitely be back soon. It’s the “cherry on top” of a Boracay Vacation.

Good clean and comfortable, with access to he beach the hotel has a few restaurants to choose from and a loungr bar which makes good cocktails and drinks and open till late. Hotel is also walking distance from dmall. Beach mats and towels are provided for too. Breakfast selection is decent and staff are friendly.

I booked this hotel last March before the pandemic because this is a VIP access hotel. But upon checking in, no upgrade was provided, no expedia VIP special reception offered to us unlike other VIP access hotels who provided us with upgrades, welcome gifts/cards. We requested for late check out, we were denied also. The place is huge and consists of different buildings right beside each other. I like that it is beach front and easy access to the beach. Theres 24 hrs mcdonalds in one of the buildings and also Mesa filipino restaurant and other restaurants nearby. The bar at the beachfront can be noisy at night, im glad our room was a little far from the noise. The towels are already worn and need to be replaced, it was no longer white, and too rough for the skin.

It was an amazing stay specially in HENNAN Palm Beach . It is the best Hotel until now that I stayed in . Sadly due to Corona Virus it was shutdown and we needed to change accomodation. Staff is amazing the room was amazing . All the best words about HENNAN .

Hennan Regency is a Gem!
I love the location which is so close to the beach. Super clean and awesome service. The room is big and clean. You can exchange your beach towel as needed. They have mats for you when you’re at the beach. Food was excellent and delicious to please every palate. I loved the shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower. Better than the small bottles that contribute to so much plastic waste. I wished Hennan Alona Beach in Panglao would follow suit.

We enjoyed the family room. More than enough space for our family of 5. Right out front of our room was the pool & the beach was only less than 20 steps from our room. Super beautiful. Staff was very nice. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Hotel has a foreign exchange in it. Overall, I'd stay there again.

Nothing is unique in the property, just basic. The check-in is disappointing.. It's too slow, some of the staff at the counter are taking their times to much!!..but the person who serve us was apologetic when I told her that the check-in was too slow.. The most disappointing part was when one couple appears to be a foreigner, cause they are looks American..they are also on the line waiting to be serve in front of me was offered two ice tea even though that the couple was surprised to be offered a drink but they say no for the drink..But to my surprise, I wasn’t offered if my wife and I want to have one. That’s why I said to the lady who offered the drink.. in my disappointment!. I ask her, is that for the foreigners only?? I’m am a Filipino by heart and born but becomes Australian and on holiday here in Boracay. But seeing that kind of treatment, I feel I was discriminated in my own country and people.. it was so disappointing. It seems to me that the white treatments are still in active nowadays. I believed, the staff need to be trained that every guests should be treated equally.

Terrible experience and customer service
The hotel did not give a refund or credit. I had a trip planned and the coronavirus cancelled all flights through Hong Kong, which cancelled my trip. I contacted Hotels.com and they contacted the hotel, which denied a credit or refund. When I contacted the hotel, they said a credit or refund would be available, and to have Hotels.com contact them. They did and never received communication back for a week, then a denied request. The hotel's policies and customer service are horrible. How can you take money without even offering a credit? 2 weeks before the trip with circumstances like this. Ridiculous. I will never work with this company again.

We really loved the resort. The staff is super friendly, hotel grounds and room are very clean. The pool is nice. The food at the restaurant for breakfast buffet is really good and a lot of variety. The location is perfect. We will definitely stay at Hennan Regency again.

Staff were not helpful.. especially at the reception. We asked to change room as requested in our bookings but amendments were not superb until 3 phone calls and few times going down to the reception. Staff were not smiling and even failed to greet guests. Please train your staff to smile and be courteous.. it’s quite nice for the guest to make them feel welcome and be in a friendly environment.

My concern happened 5 ago when there was storm and none of your Hennan’s hotline are answering. All i get is i have to speak with travel agent? Like how do i know who is my travel agent. We were stuck and stranded in jetty port and all we get is we are not part of hennan’s booked trasportation so we dont get any assistance. We didn’t refund anything though we didn’t check-in on the on the first day(booked) all we need is assistance on your side but for some reason we didn’t get any, why? because reservation was made under expedia an not directly to hennan? How ridiculous. Not even the gentleman who checked us in ask how’s our trip or our stay in caticlan was we don’t feel any concern at all. Apart from that when i booked the room i the room that is close to the crew area and close to where they dump all materials they are using for the rooms(you can hear the crew laughing talking). On the 4th of dec. second day booking, we checked-in, our room floors was dusty and sandy and we have to request for them to clean it on our very first day. 2nd day i assumed that housekeeping will come(as usual in the hotels) but no, nobody came until noon time that i have to request and ask a staff to tidy up my room he told me “you have to call 7”. I think with the amount of money your guests paid for these room you should consider making a daily room refreshments mandatory and not by request. The only thing that made me rate our stay ok is your staff you have a lovely staff and good food.

Very clean and well positioned to the beach. The beds are very comfortable. The pools are nice and clean but the jacuzzis did not work. It’s a resort so there will be a lot of kids. The free breakfast is amazing. One of the best I’ve ever had. This was a very nice stay.

NOT GOING BACK TO THIS RESORT!
> room with lots of mosquitoes! & to think theres a high dengue rate in PH now! > lots of ants entering from air conditioner! > worst encounters with staff in breakfast area! Breakfast is until 10, so even if its 9:50am, being a big group paying guests, we deserve to have refills of the dishes you serve! Theres around 8 options of food to choose from & 5 is empty! I have to get into an arguement with waiters just to get a refill! Not to mention the egg station telling us they ran out of onions because he is too lazy to walk 2 minutes away to the kitchen across to get onions! > had to argue several times just to get the service that we deserve! And out of all the hotels/resorts I've stayed, this gave the worst hospitality when infact resorts were supposed to keep trying to please the guests!

Not worth it, at all
Totally disappointing stay for the high cost of staying at this resort. Dated, noisy and lacking in the 4 star service you expect... too many restrictions and rules on what you could and couldn’t do. High volume hotel that focussed on numbers rather than guests. Do yourself a favour... pay a little extra to stay somewhere else.
