"Very convenient to shopping, front desk staff are excellent, many nearby dining choices, hotel breakfast is excellent, hotel dinner has range of price options and all delicious, coin laundry convenient, parking is reasonable and the parking staff are speedy and polite. Second time staying here w/I 4 months, would definitely re-book anytime we are lucky enough to visit Okinawa again. "

"We arrived late at night but we had no issues whatsoever. The front desk staff was very professional and many spoke English, which was very helpful. The room was clean and had all the amenities you need. The only part that was less than perfect was the space for my luggage, but that was on me. I brought a large suitcase, which didn't fit on the stand. One suggestion to go over the top: offer 1-2 English-speaking channels on TV. Maybe NHK World. But it's not necessary. Location is right on Kokusai Dori, really convenient. Checking out was very easy too. The hotel is only nine floors, so it's not a resort experience, if that's what you are looking for. This hotel fit my needs just right: easy to get in/out, attentive/friendly staff, secure (after a certain hour you need your hotel key to enter) and clean. Good choice for a solo traveler."

"The staff was excellent! Especially during the Tsunami warnings. I watched as they stayed calmed and urged customers to come indoors from the pool area. As we were getting the warnings on our phones. The restaurant staff kept us informed. A special Thank you to Sayaka for answering our questions, setting up our golf tee time and spa appointments and even mailing a package for me! Thank you to Iwase for my wonderful massage he was very professional and Maria for my facial! 2 days of feeling special! Our waiter at Sawa Restaurant was patient at explaining our food. He suggested the Lobster with Uni sauce, my favorite after eating everything! "

"Great location. Just steps from Heiwa dori and a short walk to Kokusai dori. Tons of eating and drinking places. FamilyMart and Larsons close by to get quick eats or to use ATM for money exchanges. "
