I recently stayed at the Jolly Beach Hotel and had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, my room was not ready, but the staff suggested I have lunch while I wait, which wasn't a problem for me. While the staff appeared friendly, I found them to be quite loud when speaking among themselves, often inappropriately and unprofessionally. However, amidst these issues, there was one standout staff member named Delicia, a waitress who provided impeccable service. She was polite and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience—a true asset to the hotel.
Additionally, although the concept of offering free Wi-Fi at the hotel is commendable, the reality was quite disappointing. The internet connection was hardly available and highly unreliable throughout my stay. This made it difficult to stay connected and get any work done, which was quite frustrating.
One aspect that could use improvement is the lighting around the property. There were several dark spots that could benefit from additional lights to enhance safety and aesthetics.
Overall, my stay at Jolly Beach Hotel had its ups and downs. While certain staff members stood out for their exceptional service, there were some concerns with the staff's behavior, unreliable internet connection, and inadequate lighting.
