This was our 3rd stay here. It’s a Great location with access to The Metro right in the basement of the hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating when I had to make a change. Rooms are clean and spacious with very comfortable beds and nice showers. Restaurant in hotel is good for breakfast and waiters were very attentive/ nice. The only minor negative is construction on the side of the hotel but still have easy access to parking garage and sidewalks. Great place to stay. We would highly recommend!

The hotel itself was fine, I found the phone in the room, to be was very dirty, it looked as if the phone haven’t been cleaned in years. The tissue box was very dusty. Our room was next to the construction, that was across the street. Around 5:45 in the morning I assumed that’s when they started, so to try to sleep in was an impossible task.

Very conveniently located near DCA, with great rooms and a lively lounge. Breakfast was okay. The area near the hotel is under construction, which means noise from 6:45 am onwards. The three elevators were always pretty busy, leading to long wait times.

The Chrystal City Marriott is well placed for easy access to Washington D.C. and for visiting relatives in Virginia. The room was adequate for 3 adults and 2 children. The staff of the restaurant on premises were especially welcoming and helpful. The menu options offered originality in choice and presentation. In short, we would choose Crystal City Marriott again and take advantage of the bar which we didn't do this first time.

They charged me for parking, even though I prepaid during booking. It is a huge hassle and pain getting the refund. They never even gave me a receipt that I could dispute right there. I just one day saw the charge on my card I gave them for incidentals. It took 2 calls to find out it was for parking. Now waiting for the refund.
