"Perfect position in central newcastle. Hotel reception was very friendly and professional, even supplying earplugs on request. Parking was free on site and secure. All aspects of hotel clean and tidy, lots of eating and drinking options on site. Breakfast in bedroom was great. Would definitely stay again.. "

No traffic noise in rooms. Lovely clean rooms with plenty of hot water. Efficient room service."
