I made a reservation for 2 days for rest and zoom meetings. The motel advertised WiFi, yet the room I was in had 0 wi if and had to use my hot spot in which I had to pay for extra for. This was a major inconvenience especially for paying the amount. The front desk gentleman was ignorant, kept cutting me off , attempted to make me ( a female ) feel like I was beneath him. I’m highly disappointed.

Room 117 is now the cleanest room cuz i had to clean it myself (which was why i asked if house keeping was needed) There was blood all over the bathroom, on the bedding. Unwashed blood on the bedding to be exact. Even on the comforter. The towels in the room were dirty and used just folded. Im glad i brought my own blankets and towels. Cant put anything in the microwave for more than 2 minutes. The outlets are loose, you wont be charging your phone there. Or plugging anything in. The wifi doesnt work But atleast the fridge is cold

Floor wasn't vacuumed, towels were dirty thank goodness we brought our own. The table in our room was completely lopsided and tilted. Only good thing I can say is there were No bugs or visible mold.

The property was the worst of the worse. The property is due to be updated everything is extremely outdated . The front desk staff is rude with no communication skills at all. Now let me fet to the room , it was very.dirty from the moment i walked in the carpet is old and the furniture was broken. The microwave and refrigerator we both unvlean and smelled of rottening food . I had the room with the jacuzzi ( the main reason i booked the room) i didnt even fet to enjoy it because of the way it looked . The stay was not enjoyable t all

I booked two rooms one of them the lights wouldn't work come to find out they needed new bulbs ! Found a piece of a broken crack pipe, there was supposed to be wifi but it would not allow us to connect ! One of the rooms the pipe under the bathroom sink started having water come out of it , due to us having to take care of that issue so we were late checking out and they kept our deposit for the keys!! The sheets were stained horribly ! They had no ash trays in a smoking room therefore there were burn marks all over the bathtub needless to say it was not a pleasant experience!!! Would not recommend!!!

place is a relic !!!!!! Beat , wore out. Had to check for bed bugs as sheet on box spring is dirty and spotted. TV is a challenge to work. Lumpy mattress....never again.Was swayed by cheap price for a Saturday night....what a dump !!!! Never bring your family !!!!

The bathroom curtain was stained and dirty. The tub was stained. Bathroom walls has spills and looks terrible. They charged me 169 for a dirty horrible Place. So disappointed!!!

If youre lucky maybe a few of the outlets will work so you can turn on a lamp or watch tv. Basics like toilet paper are low; the only roll is whatever is left in the holder. But the real problem is the blatant price gouging. I wanted to upgrade my room to the one with the hot tub and was quoted an extra $55. On the day of upgrade he wanted $95---- in cash. We also were told by another guest that the front desk guy took his cash deposit for being 10 minutes late for checkout. I would give this place zero stars if i could.

I enjoyed my stay other than heaters needing to be cleaned and serviced. The hotel staff checking in was good but other staff very nasty assuming others are staying in the room and when family stopped over for an hour they tell you they can't be there. So unprofessional to do to someone paying their way.

This was the worst hotel room I have staying in ever. Dirty bed, one light worked in the entire room, bathroom was filthy and staff tried to get me to pay $20 cash for my room key. never stay here....
