Large space and well located
This is a good location, you can walk everywhere. Apartment was large and well furnished, fantastic views. We had a car so parking would be useful.

部屋に入るまでの手続きが大変すぎます。アパートからタクシーを使わないといけないような場所にカギを保管しているだけでなく、カギを取り出すのも大変で。システムが悪すぎる。

中心地で自宅のような滞在
街の中心地からすぐの通りにあるホテル/アパートです。キッチナー通りの入り口はホテルのフロント、コートハウス側の入り口はアパート住人用の入り口でどちらからでもカードキーを使って入ることができます。 海に面した部屋のため、眺望や風の通りは最高です。(すぐそばにオフィスビルが数軒ありますが。) キッチンには調味料以外全て整っており、自炊には全く不自由しません。長期滞在ならば洗剤等を近くのスーパーで購入してもいいかもしれません。 金土日の夜は近隣のクラブや若者の声が遅くまで響いています。またベッドもかなり柔らかいので少し腰が痛くなる方もいらっしゃるかもしれません。オークランドが坂の街のためしょうがありませんが、荷物を引いての坂道は少し辛く感じました。ホテルの部屋ではないため、チェックアウト後はホテルで荷物を預かってもらうことができません。フライトまで時間があく方は、スカイシティのロッカーが便利です。
