"First off, they are in the process of remodeling so there's that. Of course that isn't mentioned anywhere when you book so we had no idea. The smell of paint or some kind of chemicals was really bad. The elevator wasn't available for use about half the time and we had to use the stairs, which made it very difficult for my elderly mother. The breakfast was okay but not well-stocked most of the time. They only serve until 9, which is very early to stop serving. And if you go any time after 8:30, don't expect them to restock anything that runs out (waffle mix, eggs, syrup, flavored creamer). The employee that was working in the breakfast area was rude. One child walked up to her and asked her for syrup and she literally just looked at him and refused to answer. Every time she had to wipe up a spill, she was muttering to herself and shaking her head. I tried to wipe up my own spill, came back after washing my hands, and she demanded to know why I hadn't told her I spilled. lol
They only clean your room upon request or after three days so just be aware. The towels fell back behind the vanity and when it went to grab them, it was sooooo gross back there. The carpets haven't been cleaned in a while so my white fuzzy socks were brown by the time I left.
And the parking...there's a sign that says you have to pay for parking. But when we arrived, all that was available was street parking or the parking between this hotel and the next. Definitely would not recommend this place."
