"Everything about the stay was excellent except for the Wi-Fi and immediately being added to email marketing lists upon trying to get online from my room. Apparently, there was no Wi-Fi in my room unless I joined a rewards program – at least that's what it seemed like. I didn't want to do that, but I think it happened anyway. It was confusing, and I'm relatively tech savvy.
There were several people working down in the lobby bar late at night during my two-night stay, because that's where the Wi-Fi was. As of 2026, I think free Internet should be a given."
