On the day of arrival 15/12, we were checked into a room which was way too far and difficult to find. Got it changed to one nearer the lobby.
My husband got unwell on the first night. Had a fever and body aches.

On the 3rd day, to my shock, when I asked for beddings to be changed, I helped housekeeping and saw a mouldy wet patch on the duvet.
It's was covered by the duvet cover ,so we didn't see I till we changed the beddings. My husband's condition got worse, fever, loss of appetite, which I believe was made worse by the mouldy duvet that he covered over him .
The spores of the mould is truly bad for the health.
I complained to the manager and they offered a complimentary 60 mins spa massage. And after much effort to get compensation, they waived the 1st 2 days dinner which was less than 1 million Idr and another dinner yesterday. .
What I am trying to say , is that it wasn't enough when the guest health is affected by some dirty mouldy duvet. My partner got really sick. So what would you do Expedia , as we booked the hotel through you??
