"Was the nicest hotel I ever stayed in Europe. And have travelled extensively over the last 25 years. The hotel room was large with great features like a mini kitchen, pants press, coffee maker, shower robe, slippers to name a few. Breakfast was amazing with multiple selections.Also the location was great, 20 min walk from the train station and right across the street from the center of town."

"Steigenberger Esplanade is exceptional. The room was perfect, breakfast superior, and the hostess at breakfast was delightful. Everybody was friendly and helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself couldn't be in a better location. It's within walking distance to the town square all the local restaurants and pubs, and some great shopping! Parking is in the garage and there is always parking available! Do yourself a favor and spoil yourself with a stay at Steigenberger Esplanade Jena. It's definitely it!"
