The Hotel was Fantastic! Great staff. Awesome Pool. Breakfast was loaded. Kuta however can be a little overwhelming. All stores and constantly wanting you to come in and buy buy buy. The Hotel was a great way to escape the hustle of Kuta. Loved the Pool - Loved the Staff

We were in the basement level of the hotel, our room was very rundown and smelled like mildew. The AC didn’t keep the room very cool. The tiny refrigerator sounded like a percolator brewing all night. The sliding glass door didn’t close completely. Luckily, we only planned our stay for one night to be close to the airport for our early flight. The free shuttle to the airport was on time and very convenient (only goes to airport every 2 hours), even though we had to arrive earlier than we were planning.

Perfect location! Very comfortable beds and great shower! The door to our cupboard was falling off the hinge though. But that’s minor. Wish we were staying more than one night! Could get comfy here

Friendly staff from airport shuttle driver to pool attendant and all the rest in between. Everything is right at the doorstep of this resort. Only downside is the breakfast as many items are not available unless you ask for them so not really an American Buffet. They seem to cater more towards local business men.

Some of the restaurants were closed during our stay, but the area was very convenient and they provided an airport shuttle which was great. The rooms were clean and the pool was awesome. All the staff was very accommodating and helpful and we enjoyed the spa.

Make sure you get what you booked
We booked ahead and when we arrived we were told it was an upgrade. I had booked a deluxe garden view. The room was horrible - in need of upgrade. Jackhammering at night which I tethered with sleep. It was a roof top view. Balcony doors would not cluse properly. We had to ask for safe. Next day I complained and they moved us to another family room- it was beautiful. On ground floor, spacious clean and near pool. If your room is not spectacular ask. I should have done that right away. They said they were fully booked but we booked ahead. Good location for the airport. Once we had the room we were. Supposed to have everything was brilliant.

Did not enjoy being woken almost every night around mid-night by very loud fireworks exploding outside the hotel grounds, and also loud-speakers blaring on the beach at 6:00am. Hotel staff were all very friendly, especially at the Laguna Pool bar and the breakfast buffet. Used the hotel taxi service once and paid 5 times as much as calling a Grab for the same trip.
