Rooms very clean and staff and service excellent. Shower drain smelly when first starting the shower. Hotel layout very good but on the first night the neighbouring hotel had very loud techno music going on until the early hours. Not the hotels fault but could have been mentioned in the hotel info or in the reviews.

The staff was terrific and very understanding. My luggage was delayed, so the spa allowed me to shower and get a much-needed massage after my 23-hour flight from the US. The entire staff was excellent!! A special shout out to the staff who got me into a room much earlier than 3 pm; thank you, Roos, thank you again. The airport pick-up went smoothly too. I will definitely return!!

Staff are amazing, from Concierge front Desk to restaurants staff and housekeeping. The structure is well maintained, staff are attentive. Room spacious. It is very humid, and that can impact on smell in the room, even when airconditioning on, but it is understandable. Overall positive. Location is excellent. Transport, cafe', restaurants. I loved my stay, Bali is great and Montigo Resort made it an even better experience. Big thank you to everyone!

This place was incredible you had a great breakfast buffet and restaurant the spa was amazing two pools staff extremely friendly and helpful and close to a lot of shops and easy access around bali.

Stayed at Montigo after a last minute change with our villa and we’re not disappointed. Great location right next door to potato head easy walk into centre of Seminyak or lots of transport options. Garden room was perfect with our 2yr old room was spacious and he loved playing in the garden. The kids club was also amazing the ladies were so friendly as were the babysitters organised by the hotel (he was too young to go by himself). Even without the babysitter was so nice to have somewhere to play with other kids and get out of the sun. Buffet breakfast was delicious. We were really impressed and would book again.
